Michael Jackson fans scolded by the bailiff as they stared at Murray

According to CNN, during Wednesday hearing afternoon some Michael Jackson fans stared at a susceptible Murray while the judge and the lawyers of both sides where in judge's chamber to discuss jury selection in greater detail outside the presence of the media, so Murray complained with the court deputy so that he removed all the spectators from courtroom. The only people left in the gallery were members of the media.

But according to TMZ, that also spoke on TMZ Live with one of the fans reprimanded, some Michael Jackson fans were staring Murray down and giving him dirty looks. Then Murray complained to the bailiff, who walked over to the fans and made it clear that if they do it again they'll be thrown out of the courtroom.

Jury selection continued briefly in open court. Prosecutor David Walgren told Judge Pastor that there are a fair number of jurors that both the state and Murray's lawyers agree upon.

Before leaving for his chambers, Judge Pastor deferred his ruling on the admissibility of a study from Chile that shows oral ingestion may not kill. Judge Pastor also deferred his decision of the admissibility of This Is It press conference video.

There will be another hearing to discuss issues with jury selection Thursday.
