Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour will premiere at London’s O2 Arena in October 12, 2012 with a charity event, it was announced today. And due to a huge demand, has been added extra dates to Saturday, October 13: Sunday, October 14 and Monday October 16.

The show which follows a successful North American Tour has already been shown to more than 600,000 people since October last year.

After premiering in London at the O2 Arena on October 12, 2012 with a charity benefit as part of the opening night the show will travel through Germany, Sweden, Spain and other European countries.

Organisers say the musical and visual spectacle is a theatrical take on Michael Jackson's love of music, dance and magic as well as his feelings on the natural environment.

Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour includes Jackson's own voice as well as a number of Jackson's former backing musicians and is presented by a team with a formidable history of major global extravaganzas.

Michael Jackson was known for his regular contributions to charity during his lifetime, including donating funds for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and the Michael Jackson Burn Centre for Children in Culver City, California.

The Guinness Book of Records has named in 2000 Michael Jackson as the Pop Star who supported the most charities in his lifetime. These include AIDS Project Los Angeles, American Cancer Society, Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, the End Hunger Network, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Starlight Children’s Foundation, the Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Prince's Trust and more.
