In the attempt to show again that Michael Jackson was not in good health, lawyers for Murray filed a motion Tuesday to ask the judge to show the jury the footage of the press conference that Michael Jackson held on March 5, 2009 in which, according to the lawyers, Jackson spoke of performing in only 10 shows during his This Is It concert run. Although actually, Michael Jackson never says during the press conference he was intentioned to perform just 10 shows.

In the motion filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Conrad Murray's attorneys said they want to show the audio-visual recording of Jackson's news conference to support testimony according to whom that he was not physically capable of doing the 50 shows to which he eventually agreed.

Jackson appeared at the 02 Arena in London on March 5, 2009, happy and self-concentrated to announce his comeback Tour.

"At the press conference, Mr. Jackson informs the crowd that these 10 shows will be his 'final show performances' and that this was the 'final curtain call'," said the document filed by attorney Nareg Gourjian.

"Mr. Jackson reiterates to the crowd that, "When I say this is it, it really means this is it."

The motion said jurors would be able to see Jackson's mental and physical condition. Murray's lawyers suggest Jackson was in frail health and was stressed out by the prospect of performing in 50 shows.

They said the recorded news conference will corroborate testimony from Jackson's makeup artist, Karen Faye, that Jackson was furious when he learned he would be doing 50 shows, she declared among other claims she made in her numerous interviews and through internet.

"Mr. Jackson told Ms. Faye, 'It wasn't supposed to be this way. This is not what it was supposed to be. Why can't I choose?'," according to Faye, Michael Jackson would have told her.

Even though it has been said many times that Michael Jackson himself added 40 more shows as he was very enthusiastic about the This Is It Tour and positive about the future as the This It It movie widely shows.

According to Murray, Michael Jackson threatened to cancel the Tour if he couldn't help him to sleep. Murray told police he was giving Jackson the anesthetic Propofol as a sleeping aid.

Murray is accused of administering Jackson the powerful anesthetic Propofol mixed with other drugs, a practice that violated the standard of care and not have properly monitored him with adequate equipments while he left the room to speak on the phone, as emerged during the preliminary hearing.

In the autopsy report, the Los Angeles Coroner stated that was not possible for Jackson drink or self-administer Propofol, as suggested by Murray's lawyers, and that he was healthy.

On Friday, jury selection continues with the in-person questioning of jurors by the lawyers of both sides. Opening statements are set to begin on September 27.
